How it works
The access tokens that let us read your store are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, not just parked in a column that happens to be named encrypted.
Your data is isolated per account with row-level security in Postgres, so one account can never read another's rows.
Infrastructure is EU-hosted, and we act as a processor of your store's data: you stay the controller, with privacy, terms and a DPA written in plain language.
Worth knowing
We do read customer email and phone from your store, because lifetime value has to tie orders to people. That data is processed, never sold, and the GDPR deletion flows are wired up for when a shopper asks to be forgotten.
