How it works

    By default we read Cost per item from Shopify for each variant, so if it's filled in, your margins work from day one.

    Correct any cost by overriding the variant in place, or upload a CSV for hundreds of SKUs at once. Bundles roll up from their components, and costs in another currency convert with the FX rate you set.

    Coverage is tracked the whole time, so you can see exactly which variants still have no cost behind them.

Worth knowing

Editing a cost in Shopify doesn't change the product's updated timestamp, so the normal sync can't see it. Margeny re-fetches every cost in full once a day to reconcile, and your manual overrides always win over whatever Shopify reports.
